DELIVERY AREAS, DELIVERY TIMES AND CUSTOMS
Countries that are not on the list are not supplied by default. For inquiries, please contact us by e-mail georg_hoegel@outlook.de or use our contact form.
We always strive to expand our delivery area. We're going to go for demand here first. If the requests for a country are piling up without being listed, then we will include them in our default list.
Delivery time may vary from country to country. We have read the indicated times from our shipping service (Deutsche Post/DHL) on their website and calculated an average time. Our list is very likely to change again in the future if we have more experience and can better assess how long it actually takes. We ask for your understanding.
In the times of Corona, the delivery time can vary greatly in principle.
Unfortunately, we have no influence here either.
SHIPPING COSTS
We generally do not charge any fees for sending originals.
SHIPPING TYPES
PARCEL SHIPPING + TRACKING
Basically, we ship with Deutsche Post/DHL. Since we want to protect the environment and avoid unnecessary CO2 emissions, we ship our products with DHL GoGreen when we have the opportunity. However, it may happen that we are not offered a choice.
You can track your order from shipment via tracking. We will send you a shipping confirmation by e-mail. In this, you can also find the tracking link or the shipment number.
PARTIAL DELIVERY
For the sake of the environment, we want to avoid partial deliveries as far as we can. For example, prints and postcards are sent in one packet. This also applies to larger orders, if there are to be more prints or postcards at once. If my prepared packaging (which is more geared to smaller orders) is not sufficient, there may be a delay in shipping. If this is the case, we will contact you by e-mail before sending it. We ask for your understanding here.
